"I want to thank Bryan for his honesty I called him about our 2015 suburban and he told me immediately that he does not work on them. Went over all the potentials and what would be needed for a rebuild and recommended us to a different location that has been the cheapest around he has personally found. I was kind of sad honestly that he wouldn’t be able to work on our transmission since he is clearly so knowledgeable and it’s hard to find someone like that now-a-days. "I was referred to Bryan by another shop that did an awesome job with my truck. I went in to get some leaks sealed on my transmission. From my elobservation, Bryan is a man who speaks his mind. He does not sugar coat anything and is very blunt which I can see why some people felt some type of way in the comments. I went in early in the morning and I ended up speaking with him for a couple of hours before we decided on a plan for my truck. In that conversation I was able to see how much love and passion Bryan has with his work and the knowledgeable as well as the crazy stories he had to share. Bryan was quick to find solutions to any problems that came up. I went in a few days before thanks giving thinking my truck would be in for a few days. I’ll tell u this, Bryan had my truck ready the very next day. He went out of his way to replace bolts, hoses, and cables that were old and worn out he even fix a couple of things he didn’t have to but he did. I will continue to come for future work. I’d encourage you to meet the man in person and not pass judgement by a simple phone call interaction. He answered the phone the same way he did to everyone here and I didn’t make it about me getting my feelings hurt. Once i was in the shop we were both laughing and talking about the love for trucks and family. Thanks for taking the time to help me out Bryan and for being transparent. God bless brotha"

"My whole family has been going to B&M since a very long time ago. We started with Brians father,Burgie. My father was a mechanic. He always went to them for transmission repairs. Brien grew up in that shop with a wrench in his hand. Brian is exactly like his dad especially in his work ethic and sound of his voice. I recently went to him again and could not be happier with the results. He doesnt sugar coat things. He tells it like it is and only does high quality work. I would highly recommend him. Burgie became a friend and so has Brian"
